Low-Alcoholic Drink Menu

None of our Low-Alcohol Cocktails have more than 24% alcohol by volume and some get as low as 15.5% alcohol by volume. By comparison, a traditional glass of wine lies between 9% and 14% alcohol by volume and a typical cocktail contains 45% alcohol by volume.

Chocolate Truffle Sintini
(16.5% alcohol by volume)
A sultry and sinful interplay between cream and velvety Godiva Chocolate Liquor. You must finish your cocktail before your dessert. A chocolate truffle is lingering at the bottom.

Raspberry and Cream
(15.5% alcohol by volume)
A delicate balance of the finest coffee beans from America’s favorite coffee house, soft cream, and a hint of raspberry make this a hit with coffee house hipsters from New Orleans to Seattle.

Melonade
(24% alcohol by volume)
One sip of this exotic delight and you will swear you are cocktailing across the Gulf in the Caribbean. Midori Melon Liquor and Malibu Pineapple Rum blended with exotic juices are sure to help ease those steamy New Orleans nights.

The Irish Italian Parade
(17.5% alcohol by volume)
The Irish and the Italians who made their home in New Orleans have been parading together for years to celebrate St. Joseph’s and St. Patrick’s Day. Now they have a drink to call their own. Bailey’s Irish Cream intertwined with Italian Frangelico Hazelnut Liquor provides a wonderfully sweet and nutty concoction. A sipping drink served in a snifter.

Cocquetier

Cocktails have always been a part of New Orleans life, and in fact the word cocktail was invented here by an apothecary named Antoine de Peychaud (of bitters fame) who occasionally served his guests a mix of brandy, sugar, water and bitters in an egg-cup. The drink eventually acquired the name of the egg-cup--"cocquetier" in French--which his guests shortened to "cocktay" and then "cocktail". So while you are at Republic, do what New Orleanians have been doing for centuries, have a cocktail.

Sazerac de Antoine
One of New Orleans’ oldest cocktails originally served at the Roosevelt Hotel. Rye whiskey, Herbsaint, Peychaud’s bitters, a touch of sugar, and a hint of lemon make up this intriguing and stiff cocktail.

The Hurricane
Made famous by Pat O’ Brien’s on Bourbon Street, this cocktail is a fruit blend of rum and punch. A must have if this is your first time in New Orleans.

Caramel Apple Martini
Sweet and savory, one of your favorite snacks as a kid comes back as a new favorite as an adult. Sweet, Granny Smith apple liquor mixed with the essence of caramel and crystal clear vodka make for one hell of a treat.

Republic Lemonade©
Need something to quench your thirst? Our signature Republic Lemonade© will do the trick. Citrus vodka added to raspberry vodka will give you just the lift you need.

Oatmeal Cookie Martini
Tastes exactly like it’s name implies. Great as an after dinner drink or if you are just in the mood for drinking desert all evening.

Magazine St. Mojito
Invigorating and revitalizing, our Magazine St. Mojito is sure to drive you wild.
