Harry Potter Throwback

Muggles, head on down for a butter beer at the first-ever Harry Potter Throwback this Friday, August 3rd at Republic New Orleans! You’ve been asking for this for ages, and now that the first book has been out for 15 years and the first film premiered a decade ago, it’s finally time to pay tribute to the wizarding world of Harry Potter. Our very own Hagrid, DJ G, will spin all your favourite 80s, 90s, and the Harry Potter theme song while we show the best clips from all eight films on the big screen! Keep your ears open; we just may be having a twi-wizard tournament or a game of quidditch! Dress as any of the characters (Harry, Hermione, Ron, etc) or just sport the colours of your favourite house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin) – Everyone in FULL costume gets a free drink ticket at the door! Plus, we’ll have $2 “Butterbeer” shots ($1 with a Throwback slap bracelet). Also enjoy $3 well drinks ‘til midnight, $2 high life all night long, solve a Rubik’s Cube for a free drink, and play the free Throwback arcade with 40 retro games all night!
